The only thing you've listed that has any significant amount of salt in it is the cheese. The rest if you're cooking it yourself shouldn't have much at all. So I take it you are adding salt to what you are cooking? If so, then you can cut back the salt. The tastes buds do adjust to it. I cook with no salt at all and have to remember to salt when people come by.

If you are buying your food precooked then it probably is very high in sodium, and I recommend cooking from scratch. It's fun and healthy

Have you tried the potassium salts? Maybe that would affect you less and it will get you a little potassium too.

I don't believe there is anything that cancels out sodium.
