Hi Caveman. If you can still lose weight at over 100g a day you are a very lucky man! I've recently joined a gym and I'm working out regularly now. I must admit that one of my secret motives was to raise my CCLL so that I could have more of the foods I miss. It seems like it hasn't happened yet but you've given me a ray of hope!
