I can't believe it'll be 9 months on Atkins on January 26th!!! Seems like only yesterday that I was channel surfing and came across Dr. Atkins on a re-run of Larry King Live and found our he'd just died after hitting his head on the sidewalk after slipping on a patch of ice. I'm slimmer, healthier and happier than I've ever been in conscious memory and it's only been 9 months. It's a Beautiful Life!
