I have a cheap, ancient bathroom scale. I set it to weigh about 4 pounds on the heavy side of the scale I officially weigh in on weekly. It makes me feel better for some reason. I usually don't weigh a lot until it gets close to official weigh in day each week, then I start checking to make sure I am going in the right direction.
