One of my friends tried to serve me honey-glazed chicken too. I am positive he never intended to sabotage my diet, but the amount of honey was so small it just didn't register to him as being significant, just part of a common recipe. Before this WOE I wouldn't have noticed it either. I declined it - now he thinks I am extremely "hardcore" Atkins. Which I suppose is true.
