I really like that idea. I know there's a fairly new LC store in the area here but I have yet to check it out. Thankfully, I've been able to find most of my LC foods at local health food stores (a little more expensive) as well as Healthy Approach and Central Market (they continue to increase the amount of LC foods they carry!) and even my local Tom Thumb. Unfortunately, as far as I know, none of these stores to which I've been offer samples on LC food products.
