Hi everybody!
My name is Susan and I have been doing the Atkins Approach since September last year. My goal is to lose another 34lbs to be at my goal weight of 140lbs. I am 5'6 and 29 years old. We had my Dh's family over for Christmas and I started to cheat on the Diet big time. Now I am trying to get back onto the Bandwagon and so I started the Induction Phase again.
