Most inexpensive home scales are not that accurate. If they have a margin of error of 1% (a very reasonable error) then your weight can vary by as much as 2.6 lbs when you step on and off the scale at your weight.

Go with the lowest! Or average if you want to be more accurate. The bottom line is that you're looking for progress, and you're definitely seeing it according to your stats.

Also, I'm sure you know that our body weight can vary by several pounds during the day. I always way myself with no clothes first thing in the morning.
