OMG, just got back from the gym....I had to lower all the weights that i did when i started...I couldnt even move the Ab machine...
3 sets of 15 w/115lbs for the Ab Crunch 70lbs
3 sets of 15 w/120lbs for the Back Extension, need to up the weights on this cause I flew right by this. Moved up weight to 175lbs much better
3 sets of 15 w/75lbs for the Tricep Pushdowns 65lbs
3 sets of 15 w/90lbs for the Sitting Lat Pulls same weight
Also did:
3 sets of 15 w/85lbs Seated Row
3 sets of 15 w/100 Freedom Press
My body is tripping right now...arms are shaking.....
