Ug, stairs. The elevator has been down in our office, so if I want to get "Good" water from the cafeteria, who has a filter, I HAVE to walk up and down the stairs. I do find it getting easier, and I am not as out of breath as I used to be.....maybe the stair thing isn't so bad after all.
