Even when I was on induction, not drinking enough water would bring my weight loss to a screeching halt. Water (not tea, coffee, pop, or anything else) is key to weight loss because of the relationship between the kidneys and the liver and their roles in metabolizing fat. For me, two quarts a day is a minimum.
Also, are you eating your veggies? I agree with Squid: please post a menu, and we may be able to help.
