OK, I finally started my workout today! I can't believe it's even effected my typing...lol
3 sets of 15 w/115lbs for the abs
3 sets of 15 w/120lbs for the back, need to up the weights on this cause I flew right by this.
3 sets of 15 w/75lbs for the standing arm pulls
3 sets of 15 w/90lbs for the sitting arm pulls
Tomorrow will be 15 min on stair climber
and 15 for the treadmill.
Damn my arms are swole
