They don't specify because it doesn't matter what percentage is saturated! Cheese, however IS limited!

If she read the book prior to starting maybe she would have realized just what she was supposed to eat!

HMMMMMM.....maybe I'll try South Beach.....then when I don't get results because I have no idea what SB is, I can go on TV and rave about how it doesn't work!

I am VERY concerned about this mix-up, or change in teaching, whichever it is, because of the way the media jumps on every little thing! Atkins corp needs to jump on this asap and explain what happened with this mix-up, if there was one!
