Ok, I am sorry that this should go to another forum but I wanted to share. My husband works for Nissan and they have a fittness center. They do not provide child care so it hard for me to go and work out. I found out last week that they provide Free Personal Trainers so I made an appointment for Monday .

I had a great time at the gym. She was wonderful and I really feel the burn. My husband has worked there for 16 years and we never knew this was avaliable to us. I am going back this Saturday.
