Sounds about right, maybe a bit more fat instead of protein and a few more carbs (for your digestion.)

The "ideal" figures most cited on this board is 65-70% fat, 25-30% protein and 4-6% carbs. And eating "your weight in pounds x 10-12" to get the appropriate kcal #.
