My menu was a little high in carbs, calories and protein but much better than it has been. My weight is 177 lbs this AM.
Likely won't post much today - there was a flood under my kitchen sink about 5:30 this AM - I have pulled everything out and am letting it dry so I can isolate the problem (Hubby is being held captive by the NRC so I get to do the honors
