I know that you can't always rely on what the Nutritional Values tag says...but I've been under the understanding that heavy whipping cream had no carbohydrates. I knew that they would fidget with a carb here and a carb there...but 3 carbs??? That doesn't seem to make sense....*thoroughly confused now*
