Tuna from a can???
As per some suggestions on this forum, I am trying to cut out processed foods. I am in my second week of induction. I was just wondering, since tuna comes out of a can, is it considered processed? Should I stay away from it or is it ok? I love tuna salad and have been making it everyday for lunch!
