Bawdy, I just finished "Blowfly". I tend to agree with you about the ending. What bothered me through the 2nd half of the book is that I didn't empathize with Scarpetta. She was just this cold person walking through the plot, not like the earlier novels where you really felt what she was going through. And why have I always pictured Lucy as looking like Courtney Cox ?
