You can cut down the carbs in both soya and almond flour by mixing them 50/50 with soya protein isolate which has almost 0 carbs.

The probem with all these 'flours' is that they do not stick together well. You need to add eggs to nearly all recipes or the end product will simply crumble or fall apart.
