You must have a syntax error. It is not an XP issue, I have XP

1. First make sure you have a good address by pasting the url into your browser and going to it. You should see the image you want. If not, you need to fix the address.

2. Paste the url (after making sure it works) into your signature file.

3. You need to put image tags at the beginning and end of the url.

4. Position your cursor at the beginning of the url and click on the yellow image icon. The editor will insert [IMG]

5. Then put your cursor at the end of the url and click on the image icon again. Editor will insert [/IMG]

6. Test it by clicking on preview

Remember, you need beginning and ending brackets for everything you do because you are telling where things begin and end. The tags always being with a word in square brackets, and end with /word in the square brackets.

I don't know how else to help troubleshoot this without seeing your sig file.
