Frozen Drinks
I found a recipe for a butterfinger frozen drink that is yummy
1 cup lc milk (3 carbs)
2 Tablespoons cocoa (2 carbs)
2 Tablespoons natural peanut butter (4 carbs)
Sugar substitute equal to to 1/4 cup (more or less to taste)
few grains salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
put in blender and mix-add ice cubes (I use 10 from my ice maker) until thick
Mocha drink
1 cup lc milk (3 carbs)

1 teaspoon decaf coffee crystals
Sugar substitute equal to to 1/4 cup (more or less to taste)
few grains salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla or 1/4 cup SF vanilla syrup
put in blender and mix-add ice cubes (I use 10 from my ice maker) until thick
