I eat last night's dinner for breakfast at times...no one says you must eat Breakfast Foods for breakfast.
I also have ham/cheese roll ups.
and Today I had a wonderfully nutritious warm breakfast on this frigid morning: cream of flax cereal with cream & fresh strawberries sliced up.
