I found how you can start a journal. Click on the Support Forum (the last choice in the orange bar at the top of the page) Scroll down to My low carb journal and choose which alpabetic letter your's would fall under (maybe H for Houdini) After you click on that--click on the new thread icon at the top of the page. Title your journal and you're off!!!
