I try to exercise at least every other day, for health reasons.
Usually it will be like this; every other day I will jog for 15-20 minutes, speed walk another 10, and then walk another 15-20. Then on off days, I only walk for like 40 minutes a day. I have like 1-2 rest days where I just sit around .
I have also started doing some very light muscle building activites, focusing on the arms and legs. The difference is already quite noticable.
