Default I want better results

My first challenge on this website ended Jan. 1, I thought it was until the end of the month, so now I'm stuck without any buddies. Would it be ok to join this thread this late? I got a little intimidated when I saw how many pages ya'll had, then I saw how ya'll posted your list and I was amazed and inspired at how many people were in this challenge. I could use some advice to attain better results. My average is 2# per month, and I'm down to the last layer of insulation --- so this week I joined a gym to get weight training in 3 days per week, hoping that will burn of this excess and give me nice definition.
Your challenge still has 3 months left, and I'd like to come aboard. Do you want the start weight from Dec 30th or from when we started lcing?
Also, you post on Tuesdays, right? In alpha order?
