Goal weights are especially difficult for those of us that in their adult lives were NEVER at an ideal body weight. I just randomly picked a number based on my frame size and knowing what other people weigh that were similar heights.
Once I reach my "goal weight", training my body in the weightroom will probably become numero uno priority instead of actually caring what a scale says. I tell everyone that "I am losing weight and getting in shape, so that I can THEN get in shape" If that makes any sense at all, LoL.
