I always bring lunch. I can't justify spending the money when I have already spent so much money at the grocery store. Not to mention I get to tempted when I go out to eat and like to keep it to a minimum.
I fry 2 eggs the evening before until just browned, then I have eggs over easy with 2 sausage links for breakfast. I cook enough sausage for DH and to last a few days.
Then for lunch I have homemade hamburger soup, lettuce wraps, salad, chicken legs or wings, tuna or leftovers. I just throw the makings in a bag and prepare the lettuce wraps or salad when I get to work.

I love all the fast food ideas though for that time I don't have enough time to pack a lunch.
