18 minutes of Gazelle and keep pace with Tony. Heart Rate ~ 138
This is very good my range for heart rate is:
Min - 90
Max - 144
I need to stay at 18 minutes for 1 week.
Move to 20 minutes 1/19/04 which is Intermediate!!!  |
