Welcome to the TDC, Lori! I try to do this WOE one day at a time (sometimes it's one hour at a time when things get rough), but I find that I get overwhelmed if I am constantly looking at the total amount I need to lose. So, what works for me is to live in the present and work this WOE step by step. I pat myself on the back each cheatfree day and don't set unrealistic goals that I cannot reach. Good luck to you!
