I eat the Atkins Endulge caramel bars and I still lose. Since I bought 8 last week I can't stop eating them. One or Two a day. I have found that I have to eat half at a time after a meal and drink lots of water with it or I get the runs and a rumbly stomach. I also found that if you take a piece and put peanut butter on it, its to die for.
