I have been in the largest ketosis level according to ketosis testing strips and wondered if perhaps this is too high.

What level of ketosis should one maintain during induction?

Book only says get into it, not how far.

Trace, moderate, large, very large, which one?

Worried about health consequences of too high ketosis.
