Fitday takes the average of products and lists that. So do many food counters.

Go by the package, but do the math. Take and multiply the fat grams by 9, then multiply the carb and protien grams by 4. These numbers added should give you close to the total number of calories. Clsoe because they do round. If it is way off, then the product may of already subtracted fiber from the total carb amount. Add in the fiber times 4 and see what you get for total carbs.
