15 minutes on the gazelle and kept up with Mr. Tony.

Cracked a good sweat and heart rate ~22 per 10 seconds!! Which equals a heart rate of 132

I really feel a glow happening on my skin and had real good energy all day!!
Found myself tightening butt and thighs in the car at stop lights, kind of an icemetricts????

Just feel really good!!
