7lbs was from having been off my plan for two weeks through the holiday's and i got rid of it the first three days (alot of water retention i am guessing?) the other three.. I have been loosing pretty fast 2 - 3 lbs a week since I started
I am not sure what I am doing but whatever it is seems to be working lol
