Probably just as safe as ECA alone, but far less safe than Atkins alone. The ephedra and caffeine combination raises blood pressure (among other effects). This is probably safe enough for adults under 35 or 40, but as one ages, the risks of hypertension causing stroke and/or heart attacks increases. I was successful with an ECA stack for two months last year, but I've become concerned about the dangers of the ECA stack as I get older (I'm 44).

If you're younger or more of a risk-taker than I am and still willing to take an ECA stack, I would still advise you to do just the Atkins by itself for a while. Save the ECA for if or when you have a major stall if you're still willing to use them yourself then.
