LMAO What a goof!
I was planning on making almond cookies today and as I was upstairs I realized I only had 1c of almond flour instead of the needed 2. In my mind I said I would half the recipe. In reality I only halved the almond flour and added the full amount of butter, splenda and extract. As I was mixing it and wondering why it was so runny I realized what a goof I made and wasnt sure what to do. I added 3oz of cream cheese in hopes to make it more sticky, but after I added it, I dont think it helped any.
Too late to save this batch. I put it in the oven as is and whatever happens happens but any suggestions as to what to do in case my mind decides to leave me while cooking again would be appreciated.
