It's been since December so I'm popping in with a sheepish grin on my face for being an absentee. Hope you are all doing well and sticking to the WOE! I have finally dropped into those elusive 140's and am feeling pretty good about the whole thing. Been awfully busy with a theatre production which has taken up a great many evenings as of late so I haven't had time to do any other extracurricular activities like web site updates and such. This board is hopping by the looks of it! That is great and the site is growing by leaps and bounds! Happy Whooshing all!
