i haven't noticed any stinky farts, but when i cut my carbs from really high to 20, i KNOW i'm in ketosis because my breath smells so bad i can smell it through my nose. it's embarrasing. i blame it on my shoes. anyway, i know that wasn't much help...just keep air freshener with you and spray every time...that's what my roomates and i did...hmm. maybe i should keep air freshener with me when mom goes to the bathroom and i have to walk in and use it after her...
