You can also try using 1/2 LC milk and 1/2 cream I did this over the holidays. The result was so thick there was no whey at all. And dang it was good.

I won't do it again as I try to aovid cream (trigger food for me) but if you are looking to up your fat intake 1/2 cup of that would definetly do it

I used the Yogurtmert starter you can get at many health food stores or online (I bought mine online from www.wildernesfamilynaturals.com ) If you use regular store bought yogurt as a starter, be sure to count the added carbs. After your first batch, just reserve out 1/2 cup befor eyou add sweetners or anything to start your next batch. You may have to get new cultures every few batches to keep things going.
