I LOVE this stuff! I have tried the hazelnut and the chocolate,

I even keep one in the fridge, If my sweet tooth just needs "alittle something" than I will get a small teaspoonfull and put the rest back, if I did not do that it is to easy to fall into my old pattern of sitting in front of the tv mindlessly eating spoonfull after spoonfull until I mysteriously find that I am scrapping the sides out! I do take "time off" if I start to get cravings again, I would procede with caution with this product, also if you consume too much..........
