It doesn't really matter what it says it contains. Your body reacted to it by making you HUNGRY. If you don't mind being HUNGRY all the time, then have at. Eat what you wanna eat.
I know from many, many years of low-fat, HUNGRY is not a sensation I particularly enjoy.
