Welcome to the group. I can relate, I regained a lot through the holidays, and I restarted on January 2nd. Like you, I could never get myself to exercise either, but have recently gotten inot the walking workout routine on video that you do inside. That seems to be fun for me. I am looking at an exercise bike that has the seat withthe back support, told my hubby thats what I want for my birthday in March. I think it will make a big difference this time around.
