Ok back down to Avatar weight at least. Which means a 1 pound loss. I have restarted induction and it really makes you think about what you are putting in your mouth. Yesterday about 2 p.m. I was so hungry but I hadnt prepared so there was nothing I could eat in a rush. Its amazing how many times a day I was shoveling a handful of nuts into my mouth, popping some pepperonis, or having a bar to get me through the day instead of eating like I know I am supposed to do. At any rate I feel induction is going to be very helpful for me to kickstart myself back into weight loss mode. Have a great week everyone!
