Morning.....

Ok, second week in and another 2.6 lb lost. Really pleased, although feel really bloated, and even though this is the lightest I have weighed in a long long time, it doesnt feel like it, - not sure what is going on, perhaps my body is just re-adjusting to my weight loss. Oh well, the scales cant lie ( I hope !!!)

Hope everyone has had a good week, and got back on the wagon ok, after all those Christmas Excessess !!
