Thanks for all of the support already. I think this is going to be a very good year for everyone here. The more I think about the weight that I need to lose the more I want to keep it off for good. I tried the ATkins diet some years back and lost a good amount of weight (around 30#) but as all of us have done, I didin't think I had to make a life style change and I gain it all back plus some.So I am hoping that this time I will realize this is for good not some fly by night diet.
