The Atkins plan was a little too strict for me, so when a friend told me about the Suzzane Somers plan, and how it is more flexible, I figured it was something I could really live with. I tried it, and it sure has worked great for me.

Really any plan works, so the key is finding the one you can live with. If you can live with it, then you'll stick to it and all that weight will become history.
