I am on day three of induction, and what I have been eating for breakfast is 2 or 3 slices of Hormel bacon, and two or three scrambled eggs with 2 TBLS cheddar cheese on top, I also put onion powder on it too to spice it up, and I am fully satisfied, and I am dropping pounds like crazy, WOO-HOO!!
