I have one of these scales, and I can say that as a SCALE, it is very accurate.
The body fat part is consistent, if not accurate. The pamphlet claims it can be off by 8 percentage points for women and 3 percentage points for men.
But it does show a trend. When we first got the scale 40 lbs ago, it said I was 43%. Now it says 32-36%, depending on the time of the month and time of day.
I've had mine for about 3 or 4 years now, and I love it. I've even bought one for my mom!
