Thanks for the input. I'm just curious because I have been doing this since september and have actually gained 15 pounds- and have not changed my eating habits any. I've probably actually eaten less and have been drinking more water. But I've discovered through the reading I've been doing, that I'm eating way to many carbs- event though I'm not eating much and not taking in a lot of calories, i'm taking in a lot of carbs.
SO I guess I'll get back into it- have not walked for the past month and half due to a bad bout of bronchitis- something I'm hoping will get better with losing this weight. I've had bronchitis every other month to every 3 months since we've been here the past 2 1/2 years- partly due to allergies and asthma.
